Good for price
with the stand for the TV too wide for our TV table we had to buy a stand. The TV works OK but can run away with the electric if you use the full power for sound and brightness and clarity. Set up was easy but only got Freely TV, had to sign in for all the channels using streaming. A bum ache with over 12 channels.If you don't sign in correctly, the next day you have to go through it all again. NEED GOOD wi-fi or you lose reception so having to up grade at extra cost. remote takes a bit of getting used to but getting the hang of it after 2 weeks use. Warrentry a pain as the product model is not featured on the list and the call centre is always busy, still not got through even after 2 weeks.

Great value for money
Saw this TV on offer at a very good price in Argos and as our old one was over five years old thought we would buy a new one. It arrived the following morning and we were up and running in a couple of hours. Very easy to set up and has all the latest gizmos inc Freely. Highly satisfied.

In the past I always bought 'big brand names' Sony, Samsung and LG to name a few but as whole we've had to be become a little more reserved with our finances so I've been trying lesser known brands for our technology, (some of those I can't pronounce let alone spell!) And these Hisense smart T.Vs are a great piece of tech at a really good price. The particular model I went for was the 40A4QTUK. The picture is bright, crisp and saturated with some really true colours, the factory installed apps are plenty with still room for more. The transitions between pages when exploring the menus are quick and seamless, (there's a little curtain closing effect that happens when you power off that I particularly like).The remote control is comfortably responsive and it has your usual USB, HDMI, and Interface ports at the rear and you can connect your soundbar via the optical connection, which I personally prefer. And this madel is really light so it's not going to cost you a fortune for a wall bracket. Needless to say that I'll be purchasing other lesser known brands in the future especially Hisense.

Good purchase
Purchased this for my dad. Argos delivery was faultless and next day ! We assembled and had it set up and running within an hour and the remote control seems straightforward. Two weeks later and dad’s still happy with it.
