This product isn't a budget tv,picture quality is out standing and can rival sony and samsung at a fraction of the cost sound not bad compared to most tv, an all round dark horse that I would recommend.

For the price, it's a good tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the tv design and features it offers. It works well for most of the basic stuff. The sound was not bad, after adding some "AI" related settings, I agree that I got some good audio results. The smoothness of the software was not too bad either. However, I was not really impressed with the image quality. I tried to apply the best settings I could with their generic settings and "AI" related settings but unfortunately it was not good enough and the image quality did not compete with other brands. I was hoping to replace my bedroom TV but unfortunately as this tv was not for me and not keeping as I already had a couple TVs, however this is usable as your secondary TV in a bedroom or guest room where its used only few times a week, just not as main tv in your living room. The box it came in was secure and easy to install on the wall. Remote control was responsive and felt good quality when holding it. 120 Hz is a good addition if you are a gamer and can work with both xbox, playstation and switch etc.

Excellent all round

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little hesitant when I purchased this Hisense 50” TV as it was my first experience with the brand and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I needn’t have worried! This Tv performed faultlessly straight out of the box. The setup was very straightforward following the onscreen prompts and within a couple of minutes I was flicking through the guide to find my favourite show. The picture quality is superb and a very noticeable improvement on my previous set from a well known brand. I have been using the product for a couple of weeks now and have not experienced any lag or pixelation. The colours are clean and crisp and there are plenty of options to personalise it to your taste. The sound quality is also good with a built in sub woofer. With two teens in the house the gaming features have been thoroughly tested and given the thumbs up (high praise indeed from a teen). One of the features I really like is the ease of navigation on this tv. The interface is intuitive and you can navigate smoothly between pages without lag. While this is a minor thing it was a major irritation with my previous tv! The little touches like the ability to display artwork, make this an all round excellent purchase.

Exceptional Technology

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very impressed with every aspect of this TV. It is an exceptional piece of technology which has been a huge upgrade in my household. The TV arrived securely and very well packaged. It was easy to set up, even for an amateur like myself! There was a step by step guide which I followed on my phone using the QR code. The picture quality is crisp and vibrant, with bright colours that really pop. My husband is elated with the mini-LED quality when gaming on his Xbox. The smart features are fast and responsive. I particularly like that I can use my iPhone as the remote control, which will be very useful for the many occasions I usually misplace the physical remote! It also has this excellent feature where I can mirror my phone content on the screen. I think this is a great value TV which is also aesthetically pleasing. The narrow edges maximise its appeal which will add a touch of modern to any room. The sound is impressive and the built-in deep bass subwoofer adds that extra oomph, which decreases the need to add a soundbar. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a modern, innovative TV.

Superb TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent TV - This will suit most use cases and not have any noticeable differences vs much higher end TVs Apps built into the TV were all I needed, and menus and navigation was quick and smooth. Blacks are deep black, and colours are rich. Very hard to distinguish picture vs my high end TV which retails for over 2x the cost Smooth gameplay from PS5, but not tested the higher framerate for PC gaming. Sound was very good through the TV, but in my case I use a high end sound bar so I do not need this feature. The TV is actually very thick, so protrudes from the wall significantly when wall mounted. I would rather sacrifice the sound for a thinner TV, but this is my only negative If you want a great sounding TV with excellent picture - this is the TV for you.

A fantastic upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous TV was about seven years old, too small for the space and had started to slow down. This Hisense fixes everything! The screen size and thin bezel really helps the TV fit perfectly on our stand. The TV menu works great, it's fast to navigate and has all the apps we would need. The live TV app especially is great, it works well, and means we can now get rid of our old arial!

Good Picture but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV arrived well packaged. It was super easy to unbox and fit to my existing wall mount. When you first turn it on it is so easy to follow the instructions to set it up and connect to Wi-Fi etc. It also has a QR code to download the app to your phone which also works good. Once it is all set up I make my first discovery. This is NOT an Android/Google TV. It has its own operating system and a bit of a poor app store. No way of adding play store. Anyway I carry on playing around with various functions and settings to get a feel of what I can do. The picture is really good but I did adjust the brightness and contrast slightly. Now to the sound. I had read about the built in base speaker and quality sound before buying it so I was looking forward to a great sound. Despite spending ages adjusting all the sound settings, still another big disappointment. The sound is way better than a standard TV but nothing like I was hoping for. Maybe after reading all the hype about it I was expecting a bit too much. Luckily I have a sound bar so I will be sticking with that. I love the feature when you turn the TV off and it is like curtains closing like at the cinema years ago. You can also adjust the speed of this which is nice, only problem is my grandson wants to keep turning the TV on and off. It has 4 HDMI sockets so should be good for most people. The remote is nice and easy to use and will also operate the firestick and its functions which is handy. The operating system does sometimes suffer from some slight lag but it is not a frequent or major problem. The WIFI connection speed is good so hopefully no problems there going forward. So to sum up. Set up super easy. Picture brilliant. Sound ok ish. Operating system not for me. If it had a proper OS yes I would recommend it because the sound is easily rectified with a sound bar which is the norm nowadays.
