Free view issues
Why is the TV not able to easily get free view tv channels in Uk London, and it also can’t show the tv guide unless it’s connected to the internet. All tv’s in I have used before can do that without the internet. The tv can’t differentiate properly between internet and non internet tv channels. It’s so annoying please fix this asap.

this is a great TV, I wasn't sure about a budget tv make like hisense but after using it now for a while it has changed my mind about this manufacturer. It was the latest mini led panel spec that swayed it for me.....colours are deep and bright snd the blacks are actually black so much so that when you have a dark scene you think the tv has turned off....these panels can give oled a run for its money. Plus mine has a sub woofer built into it so no more tinny tv sounds......have now also bought one for the grandson who is a gamer. Highly recommend.
