I purchased this as a replacement for the equivalent Braun model from early 2020, again, purchased from Argos. Like most beardy guys back then, the first UK lockdown kicked in, no barbers open, and I was left either gradually looking like a wild mountain man, or buying something to trim the beard. That original Braun lasted me until recently, which I suppose isn't bad, considering the type of battery in the unit is only rated for 2-5 years, depending on use. Eventually though, it stopped accepting a ful charge, so a replacement was needed, and I just went like-for-like.
Not much between the models really. Slightly updated cosmetics/unit colour, and the accessories are shaped slightly different, but that seems to be it.
As per the title, it does what I need it to do: keep my beard neat, and I'm happy at the price paid. Would buy again. Usual easy buying experience from Argos, and collection in my local Sainsbury's.

First impressions very good. Disappointed that you need a 13amp pin adaptor to enable you to use the shaver in an ordinary power socket.
