About this product
Control light and mood with this wooden venetian blind featuring simple tilt control, turn the wand to let in daylight or dim the room for a film. Made from basswood, it resists warping and handles heat and moisture, ideal for kitchens, bathrooms or warm rooms. The 25mm slats offer flexible light control. It fits inside or outside your window recess or directly to the wall, giving installation options. Fixtures, fittings and clear instructions are included, so everything you need is in the box.
The removable slats make cleaning straightforward, and the whole blind is wipe clean, so maintenance stays simple and quick. It includes a child safety cleat and has an automatic safety lock, and it's been tested to meet the 2014 blind safety standards BS EN 13120. You're covered by a one-year guarantee from the manufacturer, and the blind measures W60cm with a 130cm drop, including 56 slats in the pack. Please note To ensure child safety and comply with health and safety requirements, always fit P clips or cleats when installing these blinds to keep cords and chains secure and out of reach.

Very reasonable for the price
Can’t complain for the price. Well packed and a very reasonable finish. Easy to put up except for getting the drop control string to match; to be fair think that’s me. The wood is a little thin so I am not sure how durable in the long term it will be, but if you don’t need to continually rise and drop the blind it should be ok. Will remember to check Argos in future.

for the span, they were poorly designed
I had a set of these blinds for a smaller window and they were great, but for a 150cm window, they sagged in the middle. Additional support in the middle world have resolved this, but without that, they just like terrible.

It would depend on the type kind of PVC door, i.e. if it is hollow or solid. If it's solid, the fitting can be used, but if the PVC door is hollow, the fitting can't be used.
