This premium airer from Addis offers 14m of drying space with several clever features to make laundry day as easy as possible. The specially designed anti-crease bars allows better airflow and reduces creasing by ensuring laundry does not cling together. Moving this airer even when fully loaded is not a problem, thanks to the Easy Glide feet. Practical locking clip keeps airer secured in place when not in use. Built-in anti-collapse mechansim. Lightweight, yet strong design. 4 corner hooks provide additional drying space.

Excellent airer, very sturdy and ease of use. Ive had airers in the past which were very flimsy and this is the best by far. Easy to erect and fold down. Would highly recommend. Ive used it indoors and outdoors when warm. Easy to move between inside and outside when the weather changes.

Brilliant airer
This replaces my older Addis model that had fallen apart after many years of regular use. Although not quite as wide, it has a smaller footprint and stands slightly taller. Very stable as long as it's on an even floor. Room for air to circulate. Love the shirt hanging hooks. Easy to move around. The addition of the covers on the top rungs helps to keep creases off delicate items. Holds a full load quite easily. Very happy.

Light, compact with lots of rails. Has clip that means it folds up nice and compact. Quality seems ok. Able to pick up and move when loaded. Loops for hangers at corners and plastic sleeve for upper bars to make them a bit fatter and not leave indents in heavier items.

“ This item is not specifically designed to fit on/be used in the bath and has not been tested for such a purpose as it has not got any non-slip qualities (beyond the feet) to enable it to be secure and not scratch the bath so we cannot recommend using it in this manner. However, if you do wish to use it in/on a bath, the width of the unit collapsed is 57cm. ”

Corner Clips and Connectors – PP (Plastic).

Metal bars (I do not know what type of metal) but airer is not too heavy to move. The swivel joints are strong plastic and the corner pieces for holding clothes hangers are also strong plastic. Hope this helps answer your question

I suppose so if it is not raining or windy, never tried it.
I bought the airer for my elderly mother and she will only be using it indoors, but I see no reason why you couldn't use it outside as well.
