Couple of hiccups but pretty good on the whole.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, lets get the hiccups out of the way - (1) the main door feels really flimsy - or at least the hinges do. (2) When the detergent door is open, the main door catches on it if opened - ok, so don't open them at the same time, but really?... Now the good bit and there's plenty of them. Its quiet, efficient and has loads of options for washes etc. Lots of tec, looks smart and was great value for money. We have only done a couple of washes so far, but good improvement on or previous machine.

Big capacity so less wash loads!
I bought this to replace my virtually new washer machine as it had broken the concrete weights that stabilise it during the spin cycle, this machine has a much bigger washing capacity so hopefully less washing to do, otherwise it does what a machine does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 12kg washing machine as I have some coverless duvets and I wasnt able to wash them in my 8kg one and today I have washed all three with no issues, it's also so very quiet and I hardly no it's running and I never know when it's stopped. Wheras my other was very noisy and noisy when it stopped too. So yes I'm very happy so far with my purchase and highly recommend this

Great features
I bought the Hisense washing machine a month ago and I am happy with the 12kg drum, it holds all my clothes, beddings and great on the choice of cycles I want to choose, moisture clothes can come out dry but it depends on your cycle, steam if you want a hot wash. If I do not want a long wash I can make that choice for a short wash. It is very Efficiency, I think it's 2p an hour. Better more if I want to go outside for a walk the connectivity to my WiFi on my phone is great, I know actually how long left on my wash, so I can nip back home if I want to hang the wash out. I am still learning with this new WiFi connection. The washing machine could of been taller in hight but great in all.

Lovely washing machine,don’t regret buying it.Machine connecting to app and when finished cycle sends you notification,what is a great feature if you busy.Auto mode sets washing cycle depending on wheight of clothes in drum.

Very smart looking machine
I have only had my machine for 4 days. So far so good. I love the design of it. It's such a shame that it's hidden away in my utility room and not on display in my kitchen. The 12kg drum is brilliant and has reduced my washing load greatly and accommodates a king size quilt easily. Makes washdays a doddle 😊

It's not a requirement, but you can add additional cycles to the machine when using it. You still need to be next to the machine while using Wi-Fi start for safety reasons.
