Easy to set up, connected via my phone in a few minutes. Sound is a bit tinny on YouTube videos but the picture quality is very good. Bought it just to do basic admin at home where a proper keyboard is easier/ quicker than a tablet.

Not too much to say - had this for 6-months now, it's a great little Chrome book with very good battery life and the price I paid at Argos was very competitive (plus it came with a £50 voucher). Its a great size, will fit into most average size backpacks and great video and sound quality.

Ideal for home and educational needs
I purchased this laptop as I was job searching on my phone and my eyes were suffering. I love the larger screen, I specifically looked for 15 inch. it came out of the box with everything already loaded so it was nice to just connect to my home WiFi, type in my email and i was off. Once this was done it was super easy to connect to all my usual tabs (teams,Notebook etc) i have had smaller laptops in the past, both personally and in the workplace, but I think this size is perfect for me. The screen display is very clear, colours are bright and so far all tabs and programs have loaded immediately. its very quick. Battery life seems good. I plug it in to charge over night and can work for a good 8-9 hrs before getting a little box to let me know the battery is low. this will obviously decrease as i upload more info, but good so far. I also bought this when it was on sale so I'm very happy with my purchase. Well done Argos. ONLY NEGATIVE - when purchasing this i was not aware that security was already installed and I'm also covered by household WiFi security, so I bought the McAfie package that was suggested, adding more to my outlay. i am now not able to return this to Argos therefore don't know what to do with it?

To connect and use an external CD drive with your Lenovo IdeaPad 3 Chromebook, you typically do not need to install a special program or driver. Chromebooks are designed for "plug-and-play" functionality with external USB devices.
How to Connect the Drive
Plug it in: Connect the external CD drive to your Chromebook's USB port.
