Anything but windows.
I changed to Chromebooks 5 years ago because I was sick and tired of the absolute mud of windows. The endless updates and the and the faults of the updates plus the time it takes boot up from start up. I loathe and detest windows and I will never go back to them. With Chromebooks as I'm sure you know you are online within 30 seconds. Just put your password in and that is it. I chose this model because of the larger 15.6 inch screen. Five stars. Great peice of kit.

Much better than Windows Laptop
I bought this to replace a faulty laptop, and I had used windows laptops for many years. There are some differences with the keyboard and functions, but nothing that isn't easy and quick to get used to. It is very fast compared to any windows product I have used, and has all the functionality we are used to, with android phone and tablet products.

You can't install Microsoft Office apps directly on a Chromebook, but you can use the web versions through your browser. For Microsoft Teams, you can either use the web version or install the Android app from the Google Play Store, if your Chromebook supports it.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the HP 15a-nb0006na 15.6in Intel N100 4GB 128GB Chromebook: There is no slot to add a sim card. You can connect via WIFI to a mobile broadband device which doesn’t need to be plugged into the laptop or you can add a USB dongle.
