I bought this fan during the hot weather of last summer (2025) and it has proved a useful addition to the home. It's relatively quiet, which is ideal for cooler nights and sleeping well. Plenty of functions for timing and fan speeds. Pivots for directing air where required. Simple to use.

I agree with the OP, the 2000 series fan does not have the oscillating function. The QR code on the enclosed paperwork takes you to a link for the 3000 series which does oscillate. Argos you need to update your product information for this item.
