A great starter hot tub very easy to set up and we love the built in heater rather then the external set up. I would recommend this model and product great after service from Lay-Z for supporting products like accessories and chemicals

A fantastic upgrade from Lay-Z Spa
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a fantastic upgrade from Lazy Spa, set up is faster than previous models, inflates without needing to attach the tube (although that is needed for the lid). Comes with a chemconnect fitting making dosing the spa simple. Really great set up, I personally love that the bulky control box is no longer in the way, it’s all inside the spa itself and easy to access if needed. The app makes heating the spa really easy so don’t have to go out to the spa to do this and can monitor from the app, checking the temp before going to the spa itself. Great value for money, easy to follow instructions and I believe this may be the best spa Laz-y has done. To design is fantastic.

Very good product , doesn't cost too much to run in this high fuel cost era, with the insulation package , can't recommend the Rome air jet more highly the family , especially the grandsons , absolutely adore it

I bought this for my daughter and my wife to enjoy during the summer period. In fairness I have spent more time in it than they have. Love it and helped in the hot weather

I purchased this at the start of the month, excellent build, very sturdy and has a much better structure than imagined. Instructions could be clearer with more information on inflating. App is terrible and doesn’t find the pump. Loving it so far, heats up incredibly fast and has lots of insulation!!

Much improved experience
So glad we upgraded our hot tub for the winter, the Rome is so much better than our old hot tub! The built in heater makes set up so much quicker, and it retains the heat really well even in the cold snap we just had.

absolutely love my new lay-z Spa this is my second one, and as the pump is built in is doesn’t looks so bulky but lovely and slimline. you can turn up the temp from your phone so you don’t have to have it heating all the time. i just love it

Half the time to heat up
Brilliant hot tub takes half the time to heat up than my previous tub, love that u can schedule it to come on, so it's lovely and hot when I get home from work.

Yes, you can buy universal seats as an accessory for the Lay-Z-Spa Rome 7 Person AirJet Hot Tub, as dedicated built-in seats are not included with this model. The hot tub comes with a cushioned floor for comfort, but separate, adjustable seats are a popular addition.
It not come with built-in lights. The hot tub features an integrated pump, Wi-Fi connectivity, and energy-efficient insulation, but not an integrated lighting system.
