Lovely necklace, terrible packaging
This is a beautiful necklace. It's a small piece with a lovely sparkle which I have bought for my 9 year old and I'm sure she will love it. However marks dropped on the way it was delivered to me in store. When choosing a necklace I read through lots of reviews and many of them said no box or packaging which is disappointing for jewellery. However this one is clearly advertised as priding themselves on presenting this in a box. When I collected it in store, it was handed to me in a tiny polythene bag with the chain tangled and wrapped around a piece of card. When I enquired whether it came with a box, the staff member grabbed one from under the counter and practically threw it at me, mumbling it all depends on whether we've got any in stock or not. I spent the best part of an hour detangling the necklace and I'm sorry but if the wording and pictures claim a presentation box then this is how it should have come to me
