SAVED ME DURING SUMMER
Bough this during summer in london while living on college, absolutely saved my life during the heat. Sprayed it into my face overnight near the window and the airflow enough must have dropped the heat by 10 degrees celsius.

My son bought this fan 2-3 months ago, this fan really seems to be good. I've had other fans in the past, i wish we could have got this one before now, this one's been worth buying, you can really feel the cold air from it.

7 inch fan
Bought as a low cost desk fan. More powerful than a USB fan, connects straight to mains. The good point is that the fan gives a decent amount of breeze if it is reasonably near you on a desk. On the downside I would have liked the slow speed to be even slower and quieter (there is not enough difference between the two speeds). The fan is clearly built down to minimum cost possible. I paid £10, it functions, can't complain, but it is cheaply made as a result. Plastic blades, plastic base. If you care what it looks like, or longevity, you might want to pay more for one that is better made.
