Having purchased it approximately seven months ago, I have not encountered any issues and would highly recommend it.

The CyberPowerPC Ryzen 5 16GB 1TB RTX 4060 Gaming PC uses 2 RAM slots, and the supplier says all of those slots are populated. So that means it's 2 x 8GB sticks, not 1 x 16GB stick.

"The fan noise will depend on how hot the system gets, so if the system is under load or being used heavily the fans will become louder to cool the unit - you can control these through the BIOS however."

You will always receive enough fans for the case to have sufficient airflow, for example at the moment it would be 4x fans.
