About this product
The Argos Home Devon Small Double Divan Bed fits comfortably into smaller bedrooms without taking over the space. It's a complete set with mattress and divan, built to support restful nights. The mattress has an open coil spring unit with 264 springs that create a medium-firm feel, keeping your spine aligned as you sleep. Soft fillings cushion you gently, while the pinstripe damask cover handles everyday use. The grey divan base lifts the mattress to a comfortable height for getting in and out of bed.
The mattress is no-turn, so you just rotate it regularly to even out wear over time. Chrome feet keep the divan stable and lift it off the floor, so you can hoover underneath without awkward manoeuvring. The base arrives in two pieces for easier delivery and moving through doorways. It supports up to 203kg, so it's built for lasting use. Minimal assembly required, two people recommended. One year manufacturer's guarantee included.

I suppose the saying is true you get what you pay for…bought and delivered delivery guys were great, when we went to assemble this I noticed underneath one end is covered with material/upholstered to obviously hide the wood but the other half the wood was left bare for all to see! was too much hassle to wait for customer services/return then reorder and wait for a new one so had to pay someone to cover this up as I was worried about the wood splintering/splitting especially as this was for my grandsons room so wanted it to be safe as this is the underside of where I opted/paid extra for the storage so a bit disappointed I would add photos but it doesn’t give me the option to? maybe I should have bought a more expensive one and there would have been more attention to detail when it was being made.

Bed is quite good and solid the mattress is OK it will be OK for a while but will need to be replaced but it is quite comfy height is great as I struggle to get in and out of bed
