About this product
The Argos Home Devon Single Divan Bed gives you a supportive place to rest without taking up too much room. It's built around an open coil spring unit with 192 springs that provides medium-firm support across the whole mattress, while soft fillings add cushioning where you need it. The pinstripe sleeping surface with grey border keeps things looking neat and works with most bedroom colours. The divan base comes in two pieces for easier manoeuvring through doorways and up stairs, and chrome feet lift it off the floor.
The mattress doesn't need turning, just rotate it regularly to even out wear over time. A damask cover with flat top finish sits smoothly against bed linen. The divan base sits at a practical height for getting in and out of bed, and it's stable enough to support up to 203kg. Minimal assembly required, two people recommended. You can pair it with matching headboards from the Devon collection if you want to build up the look, sold separately. Mattress included, headboard not included.

Bed is quite good and solid the mattress is OK it will be OK for a while but will need to be replaced but it is quite comfy height is great as I struggle to get in and out of bed

Bought this bed for my teenage son and he says it is very comfortable. Plenty of storage with the sliding doors on the side which is a big bonus!

Good so far
Comfortable supportive storage is good bed seems good so far is good height is fine, only issue is there are holes where the wheels or legs go and I wasn't accepting it to be there already... Normally when you buy divan bed somewhere there are no holes you have to put the holes in yourself... So that was quite a let down because I don't need or want wheels or legs. Never mind am still keeping the bed as everything else is fine... I will have to find away to block the holes.

Value for money divan
I bought this divan to use as a 'day bed' with storeage and it's just right for the job. It's well made and the finish is fine. I'd say it was good value for the price. The matress is on the soft side of what I prefer and a wee bit lumpy but fine for occasional use
