Not a shadow to what it used to smell like
I first smelt Creed Aventus in 2015 while in Tenerife. A gentleman walked in the restaurant, ordered a drink and went to his table. The whole restaurant was wondering ‘what’s that smell’ it was honestly that incredible. The projection was off the charts, the silage was outstanding that it literally left a trail all the way to his table. I have about 2k worth of Niche fragrances and not one of them comes anywhere near pre reformulation creed Aventus. The Ambergris is no longer used due to the company being bought out in 2018 I believe, therefore the juice just simply isn’t anywhere near the same. Yes it still smells beautiful but it isn’t remotely in the same league as its former glory. This bottle lasts about 4-5 hours, it projects for an hour and then it becomes a skin scent. I paid £270 for something that is one of my worst performing fragrances. It’s really sad and frustrating to change something that was untouched. Save your money and buy a dupe because Club De Nuit Intense Man is £40 for 200ml and it has twice the longevity, projection and silage of this.
