The colour and picture is brilliant but im finding the apps a bit laggy and not that easy to use also has no screensavers unless u subscribe to the lg content doesn’t have freeview play when it says it does but have all the apps needed also the sounds rubbish unless you have a sound bar

Bought this quite a few months ago, set up.eas easy, picture is good, connectivity is good, plenty of choice for settings, contrast, brightness etc. Sound is a bit runny and rattly, so I run it through a sound bar, which gives good better sound levels.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the TCL 50 Inch 50V6C-UK Smart 4K UHD HDR LED TV: yes – the Google Play store is in-built. You can search for the apps straight from the homescreen of Google TV or you can go to the Play Store and search from there.
Another way how to install apps is so called sideloading = installing them from the apk files (not from the Play Store, but for example from USB).
