Can not fault the service from the team at the rest as my mrs messed up the order lucky the managed to resolve this for us and then walked away with a lovely new tv which we can’t can’t everything it said on the box

I can advise the following for the TCL 55 Inch 55V6C-UK Smart 4K UHD HDR LED TV:
This isn't a Freely TV, the reason that the aerial isn't required is included in the Product Description is because customers ask questions about wanting to know why an aerial is required if you are connecting external devices to the TV and not wanting to use the aerial. This is a way of stating that one isn't required, however if you do want to use Freeview you do need to use an aerial. All our Freely TVs are noted in the titles as Freely.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the TCL 55 Inch 55V6C-UK Smart 4K UHD HDR LED TV: no, it doesn’t come with the audio jack 3.5mm connector. You can connect the wires headphones using Bluetooth. Another ways of outputting a sound are optical and HDMI.
