Beautiful, elegant and true to form. Obviously wear oven gloves when using as the handle is part of the ceramic which holds the heat.

For some time I had wanted a small cast iron frying pan that could also go into the oven. Yes the handle gets hot but that is to be expected. Yes it is small but the measurements are accurate. I am pleased with how it looks but cannot yet comment on its use.
