Bought these two cast iron frying pans a few months ago and was delighted to find them with no PFOAs etc, so " healthy" frying. The delight dud not last, however. The pans were seasoned before first use and seasoned after each use but even a fried egg would stick to the pan. They now live at the bottom of the pan drawer and are seldom used.

Great pan but can get sticky if not seasoned!
Great pan, looks nice too in the kitchen. I didn’t season it well so it sticks a bit when frying an egg and meant I’ve had to buy another ceramic pan.

Nice little pan
Bought this a couple of months ago and really pleased with it. Cast iron needs to be looked after so I hand wash, dry on a warm stove then (very lightly) oil after each use and it looks as good as new. It will rust if not dried and oiled. I use it to shallow poach eggs and they come out perfectly. Given 4 stars because the handle is a little shorter than I would have liked and being cast iron it gets hot very quickly.

The pan diameter is 19.5cm. This is just the pan section, the “bowl”, and does not include the item’s handle. If you count the handle as well it’s about 28.5cm long.
