About this product
The Habitat Finchley 4 Drawer Chest gives you an organised bedroom where everything has its place and you're not hunting through piles. It's oak and oak veneer with pine, a natural hardwood known for strength and warmth. The softly rounded edges and metal handles feel smooth under your hand. There are two small and two large drawers, giving room for folded clothes, accessories and bulkier items like jumpers or bedding. The wooden runners glide smoothly when opening and closing drawers. At 87cm high, it fits under most bedroom windows without blocking light.
The oak finish brings natural wood grain patterns through, giving each piece its own character. All four drawers sit on smooth wooden runners, so there's no sticking or scraping when you're getting ready in a rush. Wall fixings are included because it's over 60cm high, that's really important for preventing tipping if you've got kids or pets in the house. It arrives fully assembled, so you can get it positioned and secured straight away. One person can handle the setup, though it weighs 35kg so you might want a hand moving it into place. Covered for one-year with the manufacturer's guarantee.

It lacked washers for the knobs, which are wobbly.

Plenty of space. Nice oak finish and looks good. Heavy. Missing a part on arrival but they replaced it.

Worth What I Paid
I bought this last month, together with two bedside cabinets from the same range. It'sxa stylish and solid piece of bedroom furniture: obviously more expensive than a flatpack, self-assembly alternative, but so worth it. The value for money comes when you compare the price with that charged by other retailers who sell a similar product.

It is more the colour of the fist picture. But it is a natural oak and oak Venner so will have variation.
