Excellent fan and well worth the money.
I already had one of these fans when they were manufactured under the Challenge brand name. They are now under the Bush brand name but they are exactly the same fan but with a Bush logo on the front and an updated remote control. The fan is excellent. It looks good, has 8 speeds,, a 1 to 8 hour timer and is extremely quiet in operation. Bit of wind noise at higher speeds but if it didn't, it wouldn't be moving any air I suppose! I went for these fans as they are well made, good & solid. The base is much better than the pedestal fans with 4 feet. In my experience, those are the weak points and invariably twist or break in no time. Only slight issue if you want to use it as a desk fan is that you will need to remove a section of the upright stand. Not difficult, but it isn't fully adjustable. Mine will always be a pedestal fan, so that doesn't bother me at all. Remote control and timer are great, as you can operate it from your bed. It is quiet enough not to disturb your sleep and the speed setting and timer settings blank after a few seconds, so no annoying LEDs stopping you from getting off to sleep. Side to side oscillation is good. Up adjustable tilt angle is fine but it doesn't tilt down too far, if that is important to you. Airflow & cooling are very good with the 45 watt motor. In my opinion, this fan is well worth the extra cost over the usual cheaply made alternatives.

Fantastic Fan!
I'm really pleased with this fan. We brought 2 and they were a life saver during the recent heatwave. When the temperature in our hous was hitting over 25c the breeze from these felt cool. Very quiet on the lower setting s and not too loud on the higher ones. They were easy to assemble, are sturdy and appear to be very good quality. I will probably buy another as one of our old cheap ones has just broken!

Mixed Feelings…
Had for 3 days, base is quite big but guess it needs to be due to weight (very sturdy), wish it had more tilt as it only gets to face and shoulders when we’re on the sofa so won’t be much good for the bedroom. Good points are it gives off a great breeze and is quiet when you go above setting 2 (as in the motor clicking not the fan blades) ….. think I should have ought a tower fan, at least I’d have the option of raising it off the floor if needed

Excellent Fan
Very well made, easy to remove a section to lower the fan. Very (very) quiet on 1-5 and also plenty of air even at the lower power setting - well recommended and the remote can also be used to stop the oscillation at the angle desired.

Simple assembly
Very strong and sturdy fan, well built. You have to assemble it but quite simple. Has 8 speed settings, comes with a small remote control which requires 2 AAA batteries. Oscillates and moves up and down. Great for the heat and a larger room.
