Used controller sent out instead of new
Didn't get to use the controller as the box that was sent was ripped and had an Argos "quality control" sticker on. Clearly been used and returned. If I'd wanted an open box item, I'd have gone to eBay and saved money. Not impressed at all and will make me think twice about ordering items like this from Argos again.

The warranty included with the Sony DualSense Edge PS5 Wireless Controller - White 1 year guarantee. covers manufacturing faults. The product support helpline may be able to assist with issues such as joystick drift however if it cannot be fixed, the warranty will cover it as it is a manufacturing fault.
