I recently picked up the Sony DualSense Edge for my PS5, and honestly, it’s blown me away. This is easily the best controller I’ve ever used. The build quality feels premium straight out of the box solid, comfortable, and with really nice rubberised grips that make long gaming sessions a lot easier. The customisation options are where it really shines. Being able to swap stick caps, adjust trigger travel, map buttons, and set up different profiles makes a massive difference depending on what game I’m playing. The quick profile button is a brilliant touch I can switch setups mid-game in seconds. Performance-wise, the rear paddles and hair-trigger settings have genuinely improved how I play shooters. Everything feels faster and more responsive, and I don’t have to take my thumbs off the sticks anymore. It still keeps all the awesome DualSense features like adaptive triggers and haptics too. Yes, the battery life is a bit shorter than the standard controller, but the long braided cable included in the case solves that easily. Plus, the fact you can swap the whole stick module is a huge bonus for long-term use. Overall, the DualSense Edge feels like a pro-level controller that actually makes a difference. If you’re serious about gaming or just want the best experience possible on PS5, this is 100% worth it. Absolutely a 5-star product.

The product support helpline may be able to assist with issues such as joystick drift however if it cannot be fixed, the warranty will cover it as it is a manufacturing fault.
