The klik n' flip technology features double sided dirt grip cleaning pads, which allow for twice the cleaning area with a quick flip of the mop head.

Makes mopping floors fun!
Only used once so far, but loved the way it cleaned both my stone and wood floors without leaving them wet. Only negative is the mauve coloured water tank, as you cannot see the water level easily.

Just wish it had a stand!
This is my second Klik n'Flip steam mop. I really rate them. They do a great job and are especially good if you have pets. This mop keeps my floors really clean and fresh and the amount of 'hidden' dirt it lifts is surprising! It's helpful having the three steam function settings. Can't fault its ability to clean the floors really well but I dropped a star rating because I wish it had a stand. It's a pain having to lean it against the furniture or walls as I clean around. I

The item was outstanding on the first two uses. On the third there was no steam & an unusual sound. I rang Stark, who arranged a return, which I have done today, will be waiting for a replacement. Can not fault the after care & looking forward to receiving a replacement

Had mine 9 months and the spring has come out where the head rotates just purchased 2 boxes of replacement towelling cloths for it really disappointed not as good as my last one

Substandard
We have had 2 of these mops now and have both failed after 15 uses or so. We have a water softener at home so it isn’t to do with hard water build up. Machines just fail to push any steam out. I would avoid purchasing.

Cord length
It’s simple to use and I bought it because I had one previously. Only drawback is that they have shortened the cord length. I have to move it from one plug in place to another in quite big rooms. Apart from that it’s good.
