Poor manufacture quality. The pockets were of variable size and so could not fit weights into the end pockets. Had to return to Argos.

Mixed feelings about this one!

I bought this recently to add extra resistance for my squats and calf raises. I'm a 57 year old woman, 5' 4" and am into lifting. While the actual size of the vest is just about ok for my size (12), the velcro straps are so long that I struggle to tuck them out of the way, even after fixing them down on the velcro patches. They end up hanging down and sticking to my trousers!! Also, while the idea of little pocket slots to put the sand weights into is great, it's like stuffing a melon into a thimble; there is no give in the pockets, so it is a workout in itself to jam them in.....!! The ideal thing would be to offer different sizes as men and women have different builds, and also to put a bit of give in the weight pockets. On a positive note, it's sturdy and will probably last longer than me!
