Good Value
20kg vest for £60 quid is not a bad deal. Just give the sand weights a little twist when you get them in and should be ok. Haven’t tried taking them out as plan to just use them as is with the 20kg max weight so works for me.

Vest not compatible with sand pouches
I bought this vest approximately 3 weeks ago and I have mixt reviews about it. First when I looked for a vest seen a few on Amazon but for a much,much higher price and it didn't worked as delivery to a locker was not an option then saw for a reasonable rice on Argos but before buying I checked reviews and all those people that left 4.3 stars in reviews are realistic as I have same problems like some of them: the small bags of sands do not fit into the place to raise the weight, the material of the vest feels durable but not comfortable to use on skin directly, some pouches are nearly impossible to fit with sand,lack of instruction or suggestions of how to proper use(e.g.a YouTube video wouldn't hurt no one) The box that came in was strong enough to hold everything in place Overall I given 3 stars for not fitting properly the sand pouches into the vest,maybe if it came directly fit into it could've been better fit but I will never know When you compare price wise it looks like it's worth it but when you compare material and usage you start to rethink things through

Fine but not ideal
It's near-impossible to load and unload the weights so I wouldn't buy if you'll be wanting to adjust the weight regularly. It's also really short and not the easiest to get on and off. Having said that it largely does the job for such a cheap product.

Brilliant, comfy and does as it needs to!
I bought this a few weeks ago and have been using it daily for dog walks and to pickup my wife form work. I have noticed it is definitely helping me to keep my posture correct, lose weight and stengthen my neck and shoulders. I have already gone from 8kg to 10kg as it is recommended to start with approximately 10% of your body weight and then add to it as fitness improves.

Easy to increase weights
I have worn the vest a few times now and I am very happy with it. I like the option to get use to a certain level of weights before increasing them. What would have given it 5 stars? Being front fastening as opposed to having to put it over your head then adjust the side straps, mind you having the side straps means someone else in the household who is of a different build could also use it if one wanted to share.

Great for starters using Weighted Vests
Purchased around a few weeks ago and it is easy to change the weights the only reason for 4 stars is that while running it does not feel fittest on your shoulders so does jump up and down you eventually get use to it but thats the only issue as the straps are not adjustable. Also does not look very flat and sticks out unlike most vests that are hidden if you have a jacket or jumper over the top.

Weighted vest
Good product for the price, has adjustable weight so good for progression on exercises. I've found it to be comfortable with an adjustable waist strap so it can be easily loosend if it feels constricting.

Exercise while doing normal jobs!
I bought this for my son for his birthday. My son wanted a vest after having a medical checkup who recommended he gets one as he doesn’t have time to do extra exercise. The doctor told him that this would help when he’s washing cars, cutting the grass and walking the dog. He hasn’t put all the weights in the jacket yet and is working up to the full pads. He is really pleased with it.
