I brought this about a month ago and loved the colour and comfort .As a older lady I found this sofa so low it looked like a child's sofa and i could not get up off it .Very disappointed I asked for a return and it was collected with in a week and I got a full refund .Thankyou Argos

No, they cannot be washed, it will damage the Fire Retardant treatment.

This is a 2 seater sofa and does not have a centre support leg so does this still invalidate the warranty.

I can advise the following for the Argos Home Taylor Fabric 2 Seater Sofa - Blue:
If you want to add height to the sofa then you may add longer legs that are attached with a M10 sized bolt and you'll have to take in to consideration that the centre support leg will also need to be replaced. I must also advise that making any modifications in this way would invalidate your warranty.
