An active nozzle is built into your Multi. The dusting brush, crevice tool, and power brush
all attach to the active nozzle. A flexible hose is concealed within the body of the device and extends outwards when needed.

The difference between the MK2 and the MK2 K9 is that the MK2 K9 is designed for households with pets so is a hardened, tougher model with certain bits of plastic replaced with aluminium to deal with pet mess. The MK2 K9 also comes with scented cartridges.

Having spoken to Gtech Support, the secret to remove the filter first time is to put the bin containing the filter on say a table for added support and the filter pulled off quite easily. Holding the bin as shown in the instructions is OK for subsequent filter removal but possibly not for first time removal.
When you say filter do you mean emptying the dust collector? If so it is a little fiddly but by twisting it carefully it is a pretty simple process with practice…….good luck!
