Worth the premium over a basic air bed.
Had one of these previously. It did five camping seasons and finally gave up after being used non-stop as a temporary bed whilst we waited for a new one to be delivered having moved for a full 7 weeks. Had no qualms about buying another one.

I bought this not really knowing what to expect. It is for relatives to use when they visit. Well, I am blown away, pardon the pun. It is excellent in every way. It’s so comfortable, and only takes a few minutes to inflate. It’s like a real bed! Height is perfect and I can see by the quality that this is going to last. For reassurance there is a one year guarantee so it’s a win win situation. I would recommend this inflatable bed to anyone who wants a bit of quality. It’s worth its price and more!

This is a bed, not just a mattress, so it will be larger than the equivalent size of mattress, closer to the size that a bed’s frame would be. It's got a sort of raised lip round the edge and the functioning "mattress" area would be the flatter bit within.
(Also, in the UK, a queen size bed is close in size to a small double. A US queen size is about the same size as a UK king size).
As it's external, full size is closer to a UK king size, were you to use a fitted sheet on it, you would need one that's a king size too but which can accomodate this bed's thickness of 42cm.
