About this product
The Habitat Kids Pagnell Desk gives your child a proper workspace for homework, drawing and hobbies that'll grow with them through primary school and beyond. It's got three drawers to keep books, stationery and art supplies organised and within easy reach. There's two standard drawers plus a deeper bottom drawer that's ideal for folders and bigger items. The modern cut-out handles make opening them easy for little hands, and smooth metal runners mean they glide open and close without sticking or slamming.
There's plenty of leg room underneath, so it works with most kids' desk chairs without feeling cramped. The white finish keeps things bright and neutral, so it fits with whatever bedroom style you've got going on. It needs wall-mounting for safety, that's really important with taller furniture in kids' rooms to prevent tipping. Self-assembly with two people recommended, all the fixings and instructions are included.

Nice desk
Nice table for a low price (£45). It is quiet large, ideal for a teenager but probably too big for a toddler's room. If you are not experienced in flat pack furniture assembly, you will struggle, partner had help from 2 mates and it still took them over 2 hours ! to put it together. We got there in the end and my daughter is happy with this simple, functional desk in her bedroom.

Drawers don’t go together
Drawers do not fit together. Replacement parts were sent out but still do not seem to fit enough for the holes to line up to screw and bottom of drawer was then not fitting properly. Sent back item.

The instructions in the box are wrong
I bought this for my 7 year old and it looks good, seems sturdy, although possibly prone to scratches. I managed to assemble it by myself over a couple of hours. However: the instructions in the box are wrong. The PDF instructions you can download on the product page on the website are correct (and have more detailed instructions). Please use those instructions instead otherwise you will have to take it apart again when you realise. Argos, please update the in-box instructions.

For the Habitat Kids Pagnell 3 Drawers Desk - White.
You do not need to use a drill to put this desk together, however you may need a drill to attach this desk to the wall. The instruction manual states ''In order to prevent overturning this product must be used with the wall attachment device provided.''
