About this product
The Habitat Roma Chairbed gives you a place to sit during the day and a single bed for overnight guests, all in a compact design that fits into smaller rooms. It's built for occasional use, so it handles weekend visits and the odd friend staying over without needing a permanent spare room. Plump foam cushions with fibre wrap keep you comfortable whether you're curled up reading or settling in for the night. The long back cushion with button detail gives it a modern look. The teal velvet fabric adds a bit of colour without overwhelming your space.
Wooden feet keep it stable and lift the frame off the floor, so you can clean underneath easily. The sleeping area measures 77cm by 190cm, that's a proper single bed size. It changes from chair to bed when you need it, so you're ready for guests without storing extra bedding furniture. Suitable for occasional use, which means it'll cope with regular visitors but isn't designed for nightly sleep. Simple assembly required, just attach the feet. Regular cleaning keeps the velvet looking fresh over time.

what was needed
I purchased to have in my child's room when I need to be oseby during illness etc. it's ok comfort wise, the centre part does sag a little which can get uncomfortable if spending more than one night in a row on it.

Easy to construct and store. Very well built and seems durable. Quite hard to sleep on but a solid chair that is ideal for sleeping guests and looks athletically pleasing in both bed and chair.

Impressive for the price
Really lovely colour. Folds out super easily. Fairly comfy as a chair - shame it has no arms. Fairly comfy as a bed - quite hard and you can feel the sections quite distinctly. A mattress topper helps but doesn't eliminate it. Overall pretty good for a chair/bed, especially at this price point.

Got this as i read the reviewes and seemed great but... i found it very uncomfortable seating on ot i can feel all the metal bits inside. The material feel is awful.

Great.
Great piece of furniture. Cat loves it as a seat and it folds out into a comfortable single bed. It has support legs (for bed mode) at either end that are hidden and pull/fold out from behind hidden zips. Comfy to sit on too. The big cushion that comes with it hides one of the zips for the bed legs that fold out. Had it a couple of weeks now and it's been used a few times. The chair to bed change is quick and easy and additional pink padding is provided for the bed legs that fold in. After unboxing you have to screw the chair legs on and a diagram is provided to make sure this is done correctly. Follow the pink string to a large zip and the chair legs are hidden in it. I honestly thought the chair legs had been lost as I couldn't see them then had a good laugh when I realised they were safe in the chair.
