Yes, this will work with a Windows 7 device. It works with Microsoft Windows Vista, 7, 8, and 10. It doesn't work with XP though.

Without knowing the age, model etc. of the Peugeot and also the model and age of the Mac, I couldn't give an accurate answer.
Mac models from after 2012 should have USB 3.0 ports but I'd advise you check the specs of your product. It's the same with Peugeot cars. Some models will have such a port and others not. Please consult the car's user manual for the technical specs.
