Not the best for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a big fan of although it lasts longer than shaving it takes a lot longer than shaving to do and make sure that all the hairs are gone. Good for top ups in between if missed a bit but won’t reach for this very often.

Couldn't of arrived at a better time
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is perfect for me with some upcoming life changes I have. I don't have long before I give birth and with a growing belly I have struggled to keep on top of shaving my legs. This has been a god send, as it lasts for a while I can feel confident with my legs during appointments now. I don’t think it's 'hurts' that much either, I found it may sting a little to start off with but your skin becomes used to the 'pain' and you don't feel much after a while. I was worried it would hurt to do my thighs as the skin is more sensitive there but I was able to do them with no problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is easy to use. It has zero pain unlike waxing. The body is sturdy and nice. Battery back up is for 40 min, which is quite sufficient. Talking on growth, you have to shave every 10-15 days depending on your growth. I think it is value for money.

New to epilating
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first time using an epilator and I used it on dry skin. Need to read instructions first and I found it straight forward. I stopped using retinal a week before so it didn’t hurt as much. It was slightly uncomfortable but manageable. I didn’t find it too noisy. Will need to use for longer to see if it’s worth it but so far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the BRAUN Epilator Silk • epil 5 Wet & Dry to test, and I was looking forward to seeing if BRAUN did any upgrades as I already have the upper version of the epilator. This epilator comes with 3 attachments: massage roller cup for gentle epilation, skin contact cap for closer epilation, and the shaver & trimmer for sensitive areas. Also comes with a handy little brush and a charging plug for Europe. I used this a few times only on dry skin, and I can say it is very basic, 2 speeds, and I have to repeat the same movements a few times to make sure it will pull all missed hairs. It's very slow but works. However, I would not purchase this for myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh i have got carried away finding hair to trim 😂 sooo good my teenagers leg and armpits looked great without the pores of shaving and didn’t hurt her at all ! Love the little cleaning brush to keep it in great shape also attacked my partners feet when he was asleep ( what is it with mens feet being hairy 😏no more!) instructions were easy to reed and once you get the hang of it it just glides!

Yes it does hurt a little but I guess with some use you kind of get use to the pain,it really does remove even the shortest hair and leaves your skin feeling smooth. The results last longer than shaving which makes such a time saver in the long run. What I love the most is how easy it is to use. The grip feels secure in your hands and the design makes it simple to manoeuvre round tricky areas. It’s powerful but not overpowering. The more you use it the more you get use to it.

Worth the pain ✨

The design is shaped to perfectly fit snug into the hand to ensure the best grip is had while allowing it to maximise the performance. I will be honest and say the pain is quite unbearable but so worth it for the effectiveness; giving up to a month of smooth skin. Would recommend these to anyone who wants to cut out the shaving routine every few days!
