Effective hair removal for a smooth finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the handy ergonomic epilator that effectively removes hair with a clean finish. My skin feels numb after use as i can use this epilator on dry skin. The corded version is quite inconvenient as it reduces flexibility and can be messy as I can't use it in the bathroom for a wash after. The built-in SmartlIght is a great feature as I can easily notice hairs that are left out, that I can speedily remove with another pass of the epilator. It is an effective affordable epilator that you can plug and use instantly.

Something you must need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is exactly what I was needing and what was missing from my house and body tools. As a mum of 2 I always find hard to have time to my self and do things I was doing before for my body care. But with this product I can do it once and not to worry for a month which awesome for me. The noise is very low,designed very nice and very portable. Great power and easy to use and to take care. Affordable and convenient,definitely recommend it!

Nice compact epilator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice compact epilator. It also comes with a shaving head so you can switch from using it as an epilator to a shaver. Both functionalities work perfectly and with every epilator, there is a bit of pain involved. But you can always use the shaver head instead! I loved the little light near the head of the epilator, it makes it so hard for you to miss any hairs now! A few things to note: - It is a wired device so you need to make sure you have access to a plug in order to use it - You will need a plug adaptor to use it in the UK Overall this is a really good product and I really like how compact it is, perfect to bring with me on vacation!

Efficient and effective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have come a very long way since I last used one. The light is defiantly a bonus feature which makes the hair illuminate so you can see exactly where you need to go. The noise is very quiet and it didn’t actually cause much pain at all. It comes with 2 speeds which is helpful when changing between body parts. When used on my underarms it did make my skin bleed and also took the heads off my skin tags so I wouldn’t recommend using this on sensitive areas or areas where there are moles or skin tags, best for your legs. It did take quite a long time to complete all my overgrown leg hair but the end result was fantastic, very smooth and sleek. I will continue to use on my legs for the foreseeable future.

Slower hair regrowth to traditional shaving

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was keen to try the Braun Silk-épil 3 as an adult after having a painful experience as a teenager. I was pleasantly surprised to find it much more bearable this time around, and I’ve really enjoyed using it. The biggest bonus for me has been the slower hair re growth and the lack of ingrown hairs. So far I’ve only used it on my legs, but I’m slowly working up the courage to try it on other areas too. Although this one isn’t cordless, I’ve found the cable easy to use and comes with a 2 pin shaver plug. It might not be quite as convenient, but I like not having to worry about the battery going flat.

Great Epilator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Braun Skin epil 3 epilator comes in a nice sturdy pack with 2 different head options, an epilator head and a sensitive head which has a trim function. I used the epilator function on my legs, it does feel a bit sore to begin with but you get used to it and it does get rid of the hair well, I’m not sure it picks up on shorter hairs as well. It did leave my legs feeling nice and smooth after and excited to see if the results do last for a month. It’s also a good size for travel and to hold easily in your hand. Would definitely recommend from the results so far.

Portable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A really handy small, corded and portable design. Despite its size, it still performs well however takes a bit longer to use on larger areas. Because of this it’s probably best suited to top up use and facial hair removal. Comes with a shaver attachment too which can be useful for longer hair!

Good Budget Braun

I always buy Braun because it is a quality brand. This is a very good epilator for the money. Also, I prefer corded. It works well and the shaver is a bonus.

Took a while to get used to

Good for quick solution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this Braun epilator at first glance to be quite useful, pocket sized for travel, excellent idea for a quick solution if you’re needing to remove some hair for say wearing shorts. Unfortunately I wasn’t too impressed with the results, I feel like it was taking longer than they advertised to get just a small area of my legs as clear as possible which given its size is understandable but you would think this would be a quicker option than your typical razor. It did do a decent job in the end result of getting those harder to reach hairs and for catching shorter hairs when they start to come back. The light on it is super handy for that extra bit of precision at locating hairs. The pain aspect I could cope with but it does feel like someones just going at you with a dozen pairs of tweezers at once. I did find it quite noisy for such a small device too. It is super easy to keep clean though and the little brush that comes with it is great for those harder to reach corners. I love the idea of it and its handy to have for holidays and travel but I just found it a little too slow at doing what I hoped would be much quicker. Storage is easy as I can just pop it into my travel bag or in my toiletries drawer at home.
