A bit flimsy compared to older models
Bought as a Christmas present for my 3year old. He loves it but not sure how long it will last. Both me and my partner commented on how flimsy the plastic seemed whilst assembling it and it doesn't have a base so it doesn't seem structurally that strong. We will see if it survives strong wind and a manic 3 year old!

I bought this and the grandchildren have has so much fun in it. Theirs 2 windows on the sides. At the back their is not a window but their is a small fence and a gap above it.

Yes it would my 4yr old has to slightly duck when he is inside. I wouldnt recommend it for a 4yr old.

This playhouse is suitable for outdoor use, however does not have any fixing to attach to the ground.

There is no way to fix it to the ground, however we bought tent pegs and put rope over the top and tied to the pegs to hold.down, it did have a crack on front above door were the wind hit it

My daughter puts heavy garden toys in hers to keep it from moving about in winter I dare say you could stake it into the ground with some tent pegs or something similar
