I bought this to help with pelvic pain in pregnancy, it’s the right size for me at 5”3 and it has done the job. I have found it seems to deflate a little after continued use but it’s easy enough to top up

When I received the ball it was not inflated, but it came with a small black pump that made it really easy to inflate with air.
