Now relax
I bought this as my physio therapist has the same one, I use this all on my back, feet arms and shoulders. When my pains are painful it can be awkward to hold or push it into the right spot, but it does work. I’ve not needed to use the heat as its warm enough. I have also used it on my mums back and it has significantly helped with her back pains

Great muscle relaxer
This was great and is good for the muscles I used the infa red it was good very warm and soothing on aching muscles after work or after the gym I use this. I also have back ache and I place on my back 5 to minutes sitting against the couch and it goes deep. Since buying it I think I have used this every other day

Wife's 'other' Massager is better
It was okay, I wouldn't describe it as 'deep' anything but the sensation was pleasant if you just want a tingle massage. To be honest my wife's 'neck' massager has more power to get into those tight muscles!
