This reasonably heavy massager has a mild warm throbbing sensation that does something on the back, I’ve used it a few times and seems to reduce a muscle spasm I’ve been experiencing, I bit like leg cramps in football a back lock is much more difficult to pull out this massager seems to relax that situation allowing the back to resume greater mobility

Nice if someone is doing it for you.
This is okay but the head is quite heavy. I use it on my back but my wrist starts hurting because the weight is all on one end. It feels good though. I also use it on my neck but again because the head is so big I have to lean my head to one side to get to the side of my neck so it’s not relaxing. If you’re lucky enough to have someone do it for you it’s good but on your own I find it’s too heavy.

Great as a massager. Heat function is a let down though. The instructions state that they recommend you do not use it for more than 15 minutes however it takes longer than this before the heat before the heat even becomes noticeable. That said I would still recommend it and I find it helpful for the pain I currently have

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: This product has 2 functions: vibration + heating massage.
As everyone has different experiences and feelings, also its effectiveness could be different.

If you have any concerns regarding your health, consult a doctor before using this appliance.
• NEVER use directly on swollen or inflamed areas or skin eruptions.
• The appliance has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful
when using the appliance. (Do not use with a helpless person, an infant or a
person insensitive to heat.)
• If you feel any discomfort whilst using this appliance, discontinue use and
consult your doctor.
• This is a non-professional appliance, designed for personal use and intended
to provide a soothing massage to worn muscles. DO NOT use as a substitute for
medical attention.
• DO NOT use before going to bed. The massage has a stimulating effect and can
delay sleep.
• Do not use for longer than the recommended time.
• Do not use the heat continuously for more than 15 minutes.
• Never massage the same spot longer than 3 minutes.
• Never use this appliance on or near eyes or other highly sensitive areas.
