The switch 2 joycons are larger than the switch and attach using magnetic docking rather than the slide connection, so no they will not be compatible.

This is the same shape and functions in the same way as the one in the console pack, however, this is a PowerA product rather than being the manufacturer's Nintendo branded one as would be the case with the one in the pack. It is still an officially licenced by Nintendo product though.
