Outstanding in (almost) every way

This is a really marvellous dishwasher. First, it doesn't have a silly cutlery drawer, but instead has a handy etagere for cooking-knives, etc., which our previous ancient Bosch didn't have. This seems like a sensible alternative to the tiresome cutlery drawers that have become so prevalent. Second, it has a variety of programmes, from quick and intensive to Eco and silent. The dishwasher is so quiet that it doesn't affect the environment when dining or working in the kitchen. The dishwashing performance is faultless and maintenance is easy, e.g. cleaning arms, filters, etc. I also like that it's possible to switch off the warnings for salt, rinse-aid, etc. which is of benefit when using an all-in-one dishwasher tab. Fitting the appliance was a little tricky as it was going into a non-standard-height kitchen, but not beyond the skills of a regular DIY-er. A standard fitment would be very easy. The fitting instructions were a little opaque in places as they are produced without any written instructions and rely on diagrams only. One very minor niggle: the dishwasher has smart functions, but these rely on a cloud service, which Bosch may choose to switch off at any point. Why couldn't Bosch make a smart model that uses local smart home functions instead?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had a new dishwasher in 20 years so it much improved on my old one ,I like that it's dries plastic containers because, I like to reuse them also the spare of glasses ,its so easy to use , my only concern is that some of the cycles take a up to3 to 4 hours to finish how is that economical???
