Delivery bad, product good
I had to knock a star off because of the delivery fiasco. I paid for next day delivery, but everything arrived over the course of a week in separate boxes with different couriers. Product is amazing and much better than our previous inflatables, we.can already tell its more efficient by the fact it only dropped down 1 degree to 39 with the cover off for an hour. The previous inflatables would have dropped to 36. Hot tub feels much more solid than inflatables.

Great with Wi-Fi
Even though I bought this a couple of months ago, today is the first chance I’ve had to use it, having only set it up yesterday. Set up is fairly straightforward and the pump is very easy to use, I have had Lazy Spa’s before but this was the first rigid one I have had and so far I am very impressed. I like the fact it can be operated via your smartphone so you can keep an eye on the temperature etc. Time will tell on the expense of running it, though the newer units are cheaper to run I believe.

Great size and features. Toronto spa is a great size for relaxing in. Easy to set up and work controls. Only issue I encountered is connecting the spa to my Wi-Fi. I haven’t been successful yet.

We can advise that the spa can be plugged into any grounded mains/wall socket.
Please also be aware that extension cables cannot be used with Lay-Z-Spas. The Lay-Z-Spa pumps come with a 7 metre cable which is usually sufficient for customers to reach their nearest grounded socket with RCD protection.

No you just plug it in to mains has a normal plug and a power breaker already fitted to the wire so its safe to use we have a outdoor plug already or you can use an extension lead to get power from in side your home to the hot tub outside

Foam wall comes in 8 pieces with each being about 190cm by 70cm. The liner packed flat is a similar size to pump but probably not easy to pack back that small.
Overall it all comes in one big box a bit bigger than size of a washing machine, wouldnt even go through our front door.
