An all-in-one stop for some powerful toning. This Opti multi rower features a hydraulic resistance system with 12 levels of tension control. Train arms and legs while getting some cardio in too. And once you're done, target your core by using the opposite end as a sit-up bench. Phew, now that's a full-body workout.
A feedback console reports on time, calories used and final counts. Folds up for easy storage.

Very easy to put together even in your own, any missing parts tend to already be placed into the machine so double check. Works very well, except from I wish the resistance could be placed higher for more intense work outs…

The weight of the Opti Multi Rowing Machine is 13.16Kg and the maximum user weight is 110Kg. The Opti Manual Rowing machine has a maximum user weight of 100Kg as this is a smaller, slightly lighter machine.
