Excellent and just what I had been looking for.
Bought as a gift for my partner who has been agitating over his 16kg kb not being heavy enough. The cost was SO much better than anywhere else that I was a bit dubious over if it would be good but it's exactly what we wanted. Fully cast iron, solid make. The handle is quite thick so may not be easy to hold if you have e smaller hands but otherwise, I would recommend.

Get a firm grip!
Good value basic kettlebell... Handle is very thick for its size which will maximise grip strength gains!

Good quality with big handle
Big, sturdy with a gloss finish. Seems nice enough for the price but it is true as stated in other reviews - the handle size seems to grow as you go up in size, which is something that should be addressed. I assume I have average sized hands for a man and I can grip this ok BUT I am concerned about dropping/slipping, especially when performing overhead pressing. Basically the handle is too large for about 50% of people I would imagine to lift safely. I will be investing a bit more in competition style KBs going forward.

This kettlebell helped me to strengthen my back muscles and my glutes as I had back pain before. You need to make sure you do exercises properly. I had a physical therapist help me but you don’t need one
