I used for the first time last week and was very happy with the results, char grilled chicken turned out very tasty, easy to use and clean, more than big enough for a family. Performance & Cooking (The Entertaining Capacity) The large grilling surface is a game-changer. I can easily fit 6-8 full-sized sausages or four large chicken breasts at once, which means we can all eat together without waiting for a second batch. Speed: It heats up incredibly fast. From plugging it in to perfectly-cooked chicken takes just under 10 minutes—quicker than the oven and without all the oil. Even Cooking: Everything I've cooked, from thick burgers to thin slices of halloumi, has cooked evenly without cold spots. The floating hinge is brilliant for pressing down on thicker foods like paninis or large steaks. Health: The difference is visible. I love watching the excess fat and grease funnel away into the generous drip tray. It locks in the food's natural flavour while removing the unhealthy oils. Ease of Use & Cleaning (The Removable Plates Advantage) This is the biggest improvement over previous models I’ve used. The removable grill plates make cleanup practically instant. After cooking, I simply wait for the grill to cool slightly. I press the release buttons and lift the plates straight out.
