About this product
A solid bed frame built to handle nightly use and give you a reliable place to settle in for the evening. The Argos Home Aspley Kingsize Bed Frame has a sturdy wooden design with solid pine underneath and slats that support your mattress evenly. The headboard sits high enough to lean against with a book or your morning cup of tea. A low footboard keeps duvets tucked in without getting in the way. The oak stain finish works with most bedroom furniture and colour schemes.
Wooden slats distribute weight across the frame and keep your mattress supported. There's 22cm of space underneath, so you can hoover or store flat boxes out of sight. The frame holds up to 220kg, supporting a kingsize mattress and two adults comfortably. Self-assembly required, and you'll need two people to put it together. Clear instructions provided, and it comes with a two year manufacturer's guarantee.

We are very pleased with this double bed. It is sturdy and looks good! The instructions for putting the bed together are clear, although it took a while! Once we had erected the bed, our double mattress simply slotted into place.
