Ordered online, it was ready to collect when I got there (OBAN). Easy assembly, did think the cover of the seat might have been shower proof but it wasn't. Other than that it was a bargain.

Got 2 of these back in 2020 but one broke this year! Got one to replace it ,it's about 2 inches taller which is better for getting up from and not really noticeable when apart . I put different covers on that are waterproof.

When I opened each box the piece was missing out of both boxes, righthand side leg was missing from both boxes.
I have been in touch with the manufacturer and I am now on a waiting list until the parts get into this country.
