Son loves it!
I bought this for my sons room, I chose a Divan due very tight space restrictions. It fitted perfectly, easy to assemble, good quality. Not sure about other reviewers saying clips aren’t sturdy, they were really tight to put on and haven’t budged.

Nice useful bed base
This divan bed is well enough built but not as solid as a much older different brand, 4 drawer storage divan base I disposed of as I no longer needed a double bed. It is nevertheless doing the job with no problems. It did not come with headboard bolts with washers but has the holes for fitting a headboard at either end. The drawers are adequate for my needs The glides work well. The bed was easy to assemble but I never saw plastic clips for connecting the two halves of a divan before! My older bed had very sturdy bolts and wing nuts which held it together no matter how it was moved around. Clips tend to permit one half to move out of sync either the other but it’s easy to realign. They hold perfectly well when the bed is used.

What I needed
Delivery drivers were great and delivered to the room of choice. Bed base was light, easy to manoeuvre and easy enough to assemble but it didn't have any instructions with it. The base has solved my problem which was an old squeaky divan. The bed feels solid. Drawers are a bit smaller than I hoped but does fit all of my bedding (3 sets fit in 1 drawer for me). The colour is as expected. The clips holding the base together are plastic and were fiddly to attach and then lay the base down without them pinging off. I'm not sure how long they will last but they can be replaced with something more robust if needed. Overall I am happy with this purchase

So Good I Bought It Twice
Bought to match another one purchased a few months earlier. The quality of first one gave me confidence to invest in another one so that we have matching single beds instead of a double now. It is well built, with little feet that make moving the bed an easy task. The bed, in our case both beds support the mattresses well with no sagging and give us much needed restful, comfortable restorative sleep.

A headboard can be fixed on either end of the bed, so for the 2 drawer option, and in all colour ways, the drawers could be on the right side or left side of the bed, depending on which end you decide to fix a headboard to.
