Looks what it is
I bought this as I like to leave a bit of light on in the hall on the evenings. I did wonder if it would be bright enough with having a solid shade but it’s fine and looks very classy on my dark wood bureau.

Tasteful lamp which will fit in with most décor. Depending on bulb (not included with lamp) a warm glow is a pleasant source of light. Nice solid base and sensible length of cord which is wrapped in a green cotton(?) fabric - v traditional, attention to detail. Good quality for the price but the bulb cost more than standard bayonette/screw fit type

Stylish little lamp
I was looking for a desk lamp for my home office and saw this lamp. It's a nice sturdy piece albeit some might find it a bit too small and keep in mind that given that the shade is does not any light through, it won't give you much light.

Love the green marble base and gold stem and lampshade it feels timeless but modern, liked it so much- we now have 2 of them. Study and weighty as well so won’t be easily knocked over!
