About this product
Add focused light to your living room or bedroom with this tripod floor lamp that stands tall enough to brighten a sofa corner or reading nook. The grey linen drum shade sits on a wooden tripod base, and it's stable on both carpet and hard floors. You'll get a warm, even glow that's perfect for relaxed evenings, and the neutral grey finish fits in with modern or industrial interiors without clashing with your existing furniture. The tripod legs keep it steady, and the wide shade spreads light comfortably across the room.
It takes a standard E27 bulb up to 15 watts, so you can pick the brightness and light colour that suits you. The 2m cable gives you flexibility with where you place it, and the inline foot switch means you can turn it on and off without reaching for the plug. Simple assembly required, and the polyester shade stays easy to wipe clean. The rubberwood base is durable and built to last. Comes with a one-year guarantee.

Loving this Habitat range at Argos
You need to shout about this more Argos! Love the lamp (Lyle black wooden tripod floor lamp) and didn’t realise the shade was so large but it so works. House warming present for my daughter.

Elegant lamp
Easy to put together and looks great in the corner of my lounge. Light enough to move around if it's needed else where in the room
Catsmother, 35 - 44, Kent
OK but flimsier than we had hoped.
Does the job but not sure the lamp will stand up to being knocked by children or dogs running into it.

Great buy
When unpacking this lamp my initial thoughts were that it was very lightweight and was this reflective of its quality? However, once set up, it looks classy and stylish. It is in a fairly large room but lights it up beautifully. I’m also really happy with the grey large-size lampshade - it looks splendid.
