I hate this machine!!
Do not buy this if you have pets or anything other than very minimal dust to hoover up! You will spend more time unblocking it than using it. It blocks/jams in four different places and you can have fun finding tools to fix the blockages! The bottom plastic bit has three perishable little slide bits you have to take off (a butter knife works) to check that bit (it also just randomly falls off sometimes). The middle bit gets completely clogged and the only thing I found that fits in that was a fire poker. Just a really poorly designed machine! They should include tools to unblock because it does frequently. No positive trait like the fact it has ok suction when working makes up for the fact it’s a total pain!!

We wanted to upgrade from a Henry, so decided on the shark. We were not disappointed! Amazing features, lightweight, brilliant suction and love the fact you can fold it for easy storage. Pricey, but worth it.

Neat cleaner
I have 9 cats and a dog I was so sick of my Dyson blocking with their fur , did a bit of research this cleaner had good reviews and a lot less then a Dyson as I had it on offer , so far I’m pleased with it , just knocked 1 star of as it did block with fur once, easy to unblock though. It is lightweight but excellent cleaning power, easy to recharge, it has a good range of different attachments. It's fantastic for the stair carpet, bedroom carpets and wooden floors, it's an absolute game changer.

The StratosPro is a bagless vacuum. Instead of bags, it uses a dust cup with a 0.7L capacity that you simply empty when full.
To move your Stratos Anti Hair Wrap Plus Pet Pro from the upright position into cleaning mode, place your foot on the floor nozzle and gently tilt the handheld unit back. This will engage the brushrolls and allow the vacuum to begin cleaning. If you need to clean under furniture or reach lower areas, press the unlock latch located on the back of the wand and adjust it to a lower angle for easier access.
The total weight of the IZ400UKT vacuum, including the floor nozzle, is 2.16kg when ready for use. The stated weight does not refer to the entire contents of the box, but specifically to the vacuum itself with one battery fitted and ready to operate.

You just push a button and use the hoover, it’s also extremely lightweight (surprisingly) so if you’re like me and struggle with your hands, both features are excellent.

To change the battery on the Shark Stratos Pro Anti Hair Wrap Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, follow these steps:
First, detach the vacuum cleaner from the charging dock or power source. Locate the battery compartment (usually near the handle or base). Press the release button or slide the latch to remove the battery pack.
Take the replacement battery pack and align it with the contacts inside the compartment. Push it in until it clicks securely into place.
