Disappointing
Purchased this last week, and I must say it's as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Shark have definitely reduced their quality with this one. Anti pet pro I think not. Used the clean sense setting on my rug (flat short pile, not shaggy) and it just clumps all the hair in a pile when pulled back. Which means I have to use the most powerful setting in order to collect any pet hair. Which at first you think, does a good job, until you realise that the battery is dead in less than five minutes. I thought it may be a dud battery so used the spare, exactly the same result. It would be impossible to complet the whole downstairs in one go if I had carpet throughout. So unless your happy to have a tea break in between each rug in order to charge the battery again, absolutely rubbish. Which leads me to the Eco setting, forget it. Unless you have a lightly soiled hard surface it's pointless. I'm now back to using the corded hoover as it's quicker (believe it or not). So all in all probably the worst product I have bought from Shark. If I hadn't chucked the box away so hastily (as I thought this product would be just as good, if not better than the other shark hoovers I have purchased) it would be going straight back. I do not recommend this model.

Good but still could be redesigned a little
Good appliance, easy to use, a bit better than previous model as having two batteries essential as doesn’t last long on full power (which I use daily as have a dog) and new dusting tool very useful. Wish that the tools (or even just a couple of them like the duster tool and the narrow nozzle tool) could be optionally stored on the tube as it’s a slight pain not having them with you when on the move - this was a useful feature on my old upright Hoover!

The batteries are absolutely useless. Fully charged last about 5 minutes tops.

Great item
What a brilliant vacuum. I previously used Dyson but gradually started to get weaker and shears needed hair pulled off the brush. This is amazing and literally no hair (we are a household with 5 long haired people. Great suction and I love the bend feature for under furniture.

Shark Vacuum
Bought this Vacuum due to coming in a package deal, needed a vacuum for my new home and loved everything it comes with, including the technology aspects. Serves a great purpose for being anti hair, flexible reaching corners and under furniture and lasts a good while before needing charging. Really pleased with this purchase and was decently priced.

Loved it but dissatisfied
I loved this hoover but have had 2 now and both have broken in the middle where it folds over. After the first time it happened I’ve been so careful pushing button and lifting in to position but yesterday it jammed and wouldn’t move there was no way it was lifting up without a bit more force on which it broke and you can use but only as if you were hoovering underneath a low table. Such a shame ax it’s picks up really well and is a great hoover

Shark Stratos Plus Pet Pro Disappointing
Not best pleased with this, it’s much heavier than my previous ones - and I’ve had several - and very much noisier. I don’t like the on/off button where it is and I wouldn’t buy this model again.

I spent months reviewing the top 10 cordless vacuums before deciding that the Shark Stratos Double Battery was the one for me. I loved the anti odour technology and double battery aspect. I have been using the vacuum for a month now and I have not been disappointed. It is incredibly strong, lets you know when there is a lot of dust to pick up, informs you of the battery life and really doesn’t get hair tangled in the head. Before buying this vacuum my carpet was smelling of my dog but now the musty smell has gone thanks to the anti odour tech. Now I have 2 battery’s I never have to worry about the time spent in each room. There is a squeak when I pull the vacuum back but I have put that down to the tightness of the new parts and am hoping it will go over time

To move your Stratos Anti Hair Wrap Plus Pet Pro from the upright position into cleaning mode, place your foot on the floor nozzle and gently tilt the handheld unit back. This will engage the brushrolls and allow the vacuum to begin cleaning. If you need to clean under furniture or reach lower areas, press the unlock latch located on the back of the wand and adjust it to a lower angle for easier access.

You just push a button and use the hoover, it’s also extremely lightweight (surprisingly) so if you’re like me and struggle with your hands, both features are excellent.

To change the battery on the Shark Stratos Pro Anti Hair Wrap Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, follow these steps:
First, detach the vacuum cleaner from the charging dock or power source. Locate the battery compartment (usually near the handle or base). Press the release button or slide the latch to remove the battery pack.
Take the replacement battery pack and align it with the contacts inside the compartment. Push it in until it clicks securely into place.
Once the new battery is in place, turn on the vacuum and check if it’s working properly.
