Battery holding 10min
I’ve had this hover for about a year. The battery is supposed to last up to 120 minutes — mine lasts about 10min . Just kidding (sort of). After a year, the hover itself started to heat up during use. It’s convenient, I’ll give it that, but would I buy it again? Definitely not

A good hoover
Had this for approx 4-6wks now & it's so easy to use. The cons of this hoover is the battery life, it's not as good as my old one but I do have two but it's a pity the design has changed as I've three with my older one & it would have great to use them with both. The waste container is quite small too but I do manage to do the whole downstairs & one flight of stairs on a full charge, just means I have to hoover more frequently! Big downside was it arrived without the air fresheners but a car kit which wasn't ordered & when I spoke to an agent I was told they would send them out on receipt of them receiving the car kit, I'm afraid as it was shark's fault, I refused to go out of my way to return the item so they agreed to let me keep it & I received the air fresheners a couple of days later.

Pleasantly surprised - 10/10
When our old hoover finally decided to give up on us, we decided it was time for an upgrade. Was hesitant to get a cordless model as I’ve heard mixed things in regards to battery life and never being as powerful as a mains powered hoover. However, this hasn’t been an issue for us in our 3 bed house, with a child and long haired cat - we can still do the whole house on one battery, even if we wanted to do a deep clean and use one of the tools we have the spare as a back up. I find the clean sense feature really satisfying - especially when I can hear it power up in a particularly crumby area! I love how lightweight this model is, it feels like no effort to whip it out the cupboard and run up the stairs with it quickly - something I really hated with our old hoover was how much of an effort this felt before. Didn’t buy this for the anti odour technology and didn’t think I would be bothered by this, but I am pleasantly surprised how much I love the clean smell that comes out, in comparison to the previous old hoover musty odour I had come used to. love the motorised pet tool for the stairs! This hoover suits our needs and is definitely an upgrade!

Always getting clogged and a faulty motor
I bought this less than a year ago. The motor went after 6 months so shark sent out a new one. Absolutely horrendous to use, barely hoovers up anything larger than 10p coin since the barrel is smaller than the actual pipe. Always gets clogged and its just been a nightmare.

A very good vacuum
Second Stratos - this one with two batteries - very useful as floor head really use up battery power. now we have an upstairs downstairs combo. The Anti Hair Wrap feature is excellent and is a real upgrade over previous model.

Anti Hair Wrap Plus Pet Pro Cordless Vacuum [Double Battery] IZ420UKT I bought Shark anti hair wrap plus. received my order very I quickly — the delivery was faster than I expected. The product is lightweight, practical, and doesn’t take up much storage space. However, I’m not very happy with it overall. The vacuum doesn’t really justify its high price, and the suction power is quite weak. It feels like the cleaning is only surface-level. The battery also runs out quickly, although having two batteries included helps finish cleaning a medium-sized home. Personally, I prefer a wired vacuum cleaner. I’ve tried several cordless ones, and while this one might be slightly better than others, it still doesn’t perform as well as I’d hoped

Wish I'd got one before
The whole 3-bed house can be done on one charged battery, only stopping to change attachments. Light enough for our poorly person to do stairs and carry upstairs and great for me as a person with a dust allergy, so can all vacuum now. Makes vacuuming a breeze, doesn't feel so much a chore and the attachments cover all situations. So easy to do, we can get it out quickly for any dry spills, meaning the dustpan and brush is relegated now and no cutting hair out of the roller (bliss). Nearest to a tiny niggle is it could do with a slightly larger dust trap, so we don't have to empty 3 times when I do the whole house, but that is not a huge issue when it's so easy to empty and not be covered with dust. Really glad we bought it.

You just push a button and use the hoover, it’s also extremely lightweight (surprisingly) so if you’re like me and struggle with your hands, both features are excellent.

To change the battery on the Shark Stratos Pro Anti Hair Wrap Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, follow these steps:
First, detach the vacuum cleaner from the charging dock or power source. Locate the battery compartment (usually near the handle or base). Press the release button or slide the latch to remove the battery pack.
Take the replacement battery pack and align it with the contacts inside the compartment. Push it in until it clicks securely into place.
Once the new battery is in place, turn on the vacuum and check if it’s working properly.

The width is 25.8cm. Which is with the width of the floor cleaning sweeper.

The power supply for recharging can be plugged into the side of the battery while the battery is still attached to the vacuum cleaner. There is a small round hole on the side of the battery.
This is an alternative to using the double charger socket for two batteries. To use that the battery needs to be detached from the vacuum in order to be placed in the charger socket.

The Shark Stratos Pro Anti Hair Wrap Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner comes with 2 batteries. So you can have one on charge, whilst using the other. The batteries just clip on to the body of the vacuum.

You just use the vacuum on hard floors or carpet, it works fine on either without any changes.
There is no mention of any switch for hard floors or carpet in the manual. There is no switch on the handle for this. The only buttons on the handle are one for on-off and another for changing the eco-turbo-normal cleaning mode.
