Worth the price
Brilliant bit of kit, we previously had a Dyson handheld and between dog hairs and stray yarn, it couldn't keep up. This hoover cuts through anything and the house has never felt as clean.

BUYER BEWARE on this one!!
Bought this about 9 months ago but within 2 months was having issues with it. Unit keeps overheating making it unusable for hours at a time. The clean sense is the most pointless and irritating feature on this model. It’s ’intelligent’ so automatically adjusts the suction when it senses dirt but the issue with it is unless it’s on full power it doesn’t pick anything up. Crumbs and grit left all over my hard floors, dread to think how much is in the carpets. Then you switch it off and the dirt falls back onto the floor, doesn’t pick up tiny tarmac stones either. As you have to use this on full power to get any kind of decent suction the battery lasts about 5/10 mins from full before conking out completely on 20%. I also really dislike the dusting brush attachment - it’s rectangular and very chunky so really difficult and awkward to use for the typical places you would use a hoover to dust and impossible to get in the corners of your ceiling with it. I ignored the other bad reviews and wish I hadn’t. Very expensive mistake. Please read the other bad reviews before making your decision, they are written by people who have had this unit a while and we all have the same issues!

Shark Stratos Pro Anti Hair Wrap Pet Cordless
Bought as a Christmas present for my Daughter she is thrilled with it. Battery life is excellent and features on it are superb (it’s been upgraded compared to my elderly double battery Shark - which I have had for 5 years and still runs as new). I use mine everyday in a 5 bedroom house we don’t have pets though. We always buy Shark in our opinion nothing else compares and have tried many in the past. It’s quite costly however will last for years if used appropriately and through experience Shark are absolutely amazing if anything develops a fault. Their warranty is second to none. Buy it you willlove it too.

Love it. Powerful, like the attachments. Battery life isn’t the best in comparison to my old Dyson, thankfully there are two batteries which makes up for that.

Bought in black friday sale excellent cleaner replaced this with my last obe i had for 8 years. Glad i got the 2 batteries helps to get the whole house cleaned in 1 go. This hoover is impressive and very good at picking up dust that you dont realise is there. I would recommend this hoover good edge cleaning too. Great piece of technology

Hopeless vacuum.
This vac doesn't pick up even the flimsiest of household things eg. cat hair. Also, the more extreme pick-up option shuts down after a second. Will return it.

You just push a button and use the hoover, it’s also extremely lightweight (surprisingly) so if you’re like me and struggle with your hands, both features are excellent.

To change the battery on the Shark Stratos Pro Anti Hair Wrap Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, follow these steps:
First, detach the vacuum cleaner from the charging dock or power source. Locate the battery compartment (usually near the handle or base). Press the release button or slide the latch to remove the battery pack.
Take the replacement battery pack and align it with the contacts inside the compartment. Push it in until it clicks securely into place.
Once the new battery is in place, turn on the vacuum and check if it’s working properly.

The width is 25.8cm. Which is with the width of the floor cleaning sweeper.
The depth is 24.5cm, from the front of the sweeper to the back including the battery.

The Stratos Pro Anti Hair Wrap Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner has a running time of 120 minutes whereas the IZ400UKT model has a 60 minute running time. The Stratos Pro Anti Hair Wrap Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner also has 4 attachments whereas the IZ400UKT model has 3.

The power supply for recharging can be plugged into the side of the battery while the battery is still attached to the vacuum cleaner. There is a small round hole on the side of the battery.
This is an alternative to using the double charger socket for two batteries. To use that the battery needs to be detached from the vacuum in order to be placed in the charger socket.

The Shark Stratos Pro Anti Hair Wrap Pet Cordless Vacuum Cleaner comes with 2 batteries. So you can have one on charge, whilst using the other. The batteries just clip on to the body of the vacuum.

You just use the vacuum on hard floors or carpet, it works fine on either without any changes.
There is no mention of any switch for hard floors or carpet in the manual. There is no switch on the handle for this. The only buttons on the handle are one for on-off and another for changing the eco-turbo-normal cleaning mode.
